Application Scopes
Raley Bookman requires the following Connect scopes through atlassian-connect.json descriptor:
Scope | Purpose |

READ | Reading of Service Desk's Request Types, Jira fields, Jira issues fields (key, summary, reporter). Querying of JSM Assets workspace ID. |
WRITE | Storing of app-specific attributes to Jira issues/JSM requests for better UX. |
DELETE | Ability to delete your own Booking requests. |
